Most reasonable place to eat in the Bali Collection with prices including tax and service charge so you know where you are. Regularly ate here and always busy. The Manager Gerry (pronounced like Gary with an e) is a top bloke but supports Man U. Enjoyed a few shots of the local rice wine with him!

Bad experience, cold and untasteful food.

We tried the sambal pork, soooo good and price very reasonable (85k). Good Bali Coffee too afterwards served in a teapot, good for 2 full coffees (25k). The best dinner we had in Bali. Keep up the good work guys ❤

Staff friendly. The food was ok. The satay was really good. Had quite a few flies and mosquitoes inside though. Even in the aircon area.

Reasonably good food and I haven't got gastro yet. Stick with menu items with pictures as they seem to give you tiny serves for things if you're not careful.

Not bad restaurant and always welcome menus where prices include service and taxes. Can't fault the price, especially when compared with some other eateries within the Bali Collection! I only had the Red Thai curry which was pretty good! Wasn't too interested in the desserts on offer. May give it another go. Staff helpful!

The food is good, I had a small whole Snapper which tasted very good! The prices are moderate, the attention from the staff was good, especially from Garry, he pored several freebies with rice snaps. For sure to recommend!

Yummy food and Cozy place !

Disappointed with the service and portion size for the price. Young son accidentally spilled his watermelon juice soon after they served it and they didn't provide him with another one, which would've been the right thing to do service wise. Overall compared to all other Balinese restaurants the past two weeks and our first Bali visit before, disappointed with their lack their lack of warm service and portion size too small for the price.

To start off they did not set up the table for us. The plates given was dirty and when we inform the waiter to change it, he came back with the exact same plates as the dirt and grease was the same. Food was mediocre and the staff did not make us feel welcome at all. When the food came and we inform them they got it wrong as we did not order rice but the waiter just left and did not even came back to inform us why. Overall a sad an disappointing meal. Won't come back ever or recommend it to anyone.

Good food and superb services

Don't order the Calimari it is old and from a frozen industrial mass production. The fish was good but a small portion served with undercooked rice.

Nothing special, level of service was poor. If you want to take a quick bite it’s ok. But no more. Very poor....

Food were good and affordable.

Compared to other restaurants around this one is a good option when it comes to price-value equilibrium. They served free orange juice shots. They gave oshibori (hot wet towel) but cold. We ordered Shrimp soup. Even medium hot is very hot so be careful what you order. It is a clear soup, different than Thailand style. As main dish we ordered Be a Dulang (mixed grill) and Pepencak Udang (shrimp with lemongrass) grill was ok but Shrimp was delicious. I suggest you guys to order Pepencak Udang especially if you are ok with lemongrass. Staff was very kind as std in the region. In general it was a nice experience.

Just had a brilliant meal here. Lovely friendly people and great well priced food. Highly recommend.
